In-Salon Appointment Cancellations
Please note we do have a cancellation policy in place. We require more than 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment or there is a 50% of service fee charged to your card on file. Any no shows result in 100% of service fee charged to your card on file. This is communicated through all forms of appointment reminders. We do require a credit card to be on file before any appointment can be booked. Any fees must be collected to rebook at Halo Salon.
You may cancel appointments through our text messaging appointment reminder service by replying “X”. To confirm any appointment, you may reply “C”.

service corrections
If you wish to request a corrective service as a result of anything you aren’t 100% pleased with, contact us immediately or within 48 hours to be able to remedy any problem without charge. We strive to make each of our guests experiences a great one!
liability/consent waiver
We may require you to sign a waiver if there are any special circumstances related to any service we provide that are within question of the outcome. We want you to be comfortable and confident while visiting Halo Salon.
gift card & Deposit redemption terms
We are pleased to provide the ability to purchase gift certificates for salon services! Any remaining gift card balances will expire 1 year from date of purchase.
We (stylist depending) require a $500 pre paid deposit at the time of extension consultations upon the guest wanting to move forward with booking any install appointment. These deposits also expire 1 year from date of purchase and cannot be transferred from stylist to stylist. Guest must redeem the pre paid deposit with the stylist they had their consultation with.
